# Download results

###### In addition to viewing live results in the dashboard, users can download them in an Excel spreadsheet or as a PDF document. 

## Before you start

You must have a Stream with some data in it.

## Steps

1. Visit [https://insights.ombea.com/](https://insights.ombea.com/) and log in with your username and password.
2. Use the Touchpoint, Stream, and Date selectors to display the data you wish to download.
3. Click the **Download** button (to the right of the Date Selector).
4. Choose the format and your report will be downloaded to your usual Downloads folder.
