# Create a user

1. From the menu on the left-hand side, click **Users**.
2. Click on the **+** symbol in the blue circle.
3. Complete the fields on the _User Details_ panel and click **Next**.
4. Click **Add Role** on the _Permissions_ panel. Select the _Touchpoint_ and _Role_ this user should have access to then click **Add Role**.
5. If you would like this user to receive reports by email, click **Schedule Report** on the _Schedule Reports_ panel. Complete the on-screen prompts as required.
6. Click **Save**.
