# Create a new ExpressTab Stream

###### When you're logged into your Ombea account, you can create a new Link Stream in just a few simple steps.

## Add your question and content blocks

Click **Streams** in the menu -> Click the **+** button  -> Select **Stream** -> Select **ExpressTab**

To interact with your respondents using Ombea, you can fill your Stream with questions and content blocks. As you will discover, we've already created your first block, to add additional blocks simply click on **+ ADD NEW BLOCK**.

To define your block select the type. You can choose any of the following:
* Smiley
* NPS
* Multiple Choice
* Picture Choice
* Free Text
* Break

Depending on your selection you would have some additional options.

| You can add logical branching to your Stream. This means the questions can go in different directions depending on the responses given. To learn more, see [Stream Branching.](https://ombea.crisp.help/en/article/branching-streams-11alnpz)

| For Smiley questions, you will need to choose an Index. The Index you choose will determine how Ombea will summarize your feedback. For help making the right choice, see our article on [Understand satisfaction indices](/en/article/understand-satisfaction-indices-im7n6x/).

The last exit block is mandatory and designed to thank your respondents for their input. You will also have the option to 

## Distribute your Stream

Click **Next** or the **Distribution **tab and follow the steps.

## Congratulations!

You're done! When you switch on the ExpressTab, your questions will already be there, and you will see new data in your dashboard at quarter past every hour.

If you haven't already done it, it's time to add some signage to the ExpressTab. You can create your own, or use [one of our templates](https://ombea.crisp.help/en/article/question-templates-for-expresspods-and-expresstabs-4g8gif) as a starting point.
