# Connect your Trustpilot Reviews to Ombea

###### In this article you’ll use the Public module to capture reviews directly from your Trustpilot Business Profile so that you can monitor and act on them as appropriate.

## Connecting your Trustpilot Business Profile is a two-part process

* First you will create a _Touchpoint_ to connect Ombea and your Trustpilot Business Profile to each other.
* Next, you will create a _Stream_ to pull the Trustpilot Reviews into your dashboard.

## Before you start
* You should have admin access to your Trustpilot Business Profile.
* You should have a SubscriptionID for the Ombea Public module. If you do not have this, please contact our [support team](https://www.ombea.com/contact-us).

## Steps

### Part 1: Create a Touchpoint and link this to your Trustpilot  Business Profile

1. Log in to [Ombea](https://insights.ombea.com/).
2. From the menu on the left, click **Touchpoints**.
3. Click on the **+** symbol in the blue circle.
4. Select **Location**.
5. Complete the form with the basic details for the location. Click **Next**.
6. Beneath *Public Touchpoints*, click **Add Touchpoint**.
7. Give the Touchpoint a name, and add your Subscription ID. If you do not have this, please contact our [support team](https://www.ombea.com/contact-us).
8. Choose **Trustpilot Reviews** and then click *Connect*. You will be redirected to your Trustpilot Business Profile to give OMBEA access.
9. When you are done, you should be brought back to Ombea. Depending on how your Trustpilot Business Profile is structured, you may be prompted to choose a specific public location to connect to Ombea.
10. Click **Add**.
11. If you wish to make these public reviews visible to other Ombea users, click **Next** and add their details.
12. Click **Save**.

### Part 2: Create the Stream

1. From the menu on the left-hand side, click **Streams**.
3. Click on the **+** symbol in the blue circle.
4. Click **Create** beneath **Trustpilot Reviews**.
5. Give your Stream a name so you can identify it in your dashboard.
6. Schedule your Stream's start and end dates.
7. Choose the Touchpoint(s) you created in Part 1.
8. Click **Save**.

| When scheduling your stream, you can use a historical start date to pull in historical reviews.

## Congratulations!

Your Stream is now ready! The results will appear in your dashboard.
