# Comment on notifications

###### Ombea features an _Inbox_ which helps collaborate and coordinate with your team in response to customer feedback. To get Notifications into the Inbox, you must first define some. See [Set up notifications](/en/article/set-up-notifications-1q24jbx/) to set some up.

## Steps

1. From the menu on the left-hand side click **Inbox**.
2. Select the notification you wish to view. You can scroll up and down the notification to read the history.
3. To make an internal comment: At the bottom of the Notification body, click **Internal Comment**, add your comments, and click **Send**.
